I recently completed a remodel of a favorite local restaurant, Culinary Affair. After having a very successful 27 year old brand Covid gave them the opportunity to reinvent themselves. They not only updated their menu and enhanced their services and technology, they brought me in to assist them in creating a more relevant, customer friendly environment.
